Are you organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently? We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our industrial business in Gloucester.
This is a permanent, part-time role. Ideal for someone looking for dependable hours and a calm, focused work environment.
Location: Gloucester
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 09:00–15:00 (flexible to suit school runs or similar commitments)
Salary: £17,500 (based on 6-hour days with a 30-minute break)
Holidays: 18 Days + Bank Holidays
Pension: 6% employer contribution
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the company.
Your duties will include:
Answering the phone
Receiving visitors
Scanning & Filing job past history
Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes
Scanning & Filing material certificates
General Filing
Organising Transport
Ordering Stationary
Managing Holiday forms
Reconciling monthly orders with delivery notesKey Skills and Experience:
Receptionist/administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
great organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and positive approach to challenges.
