Tradewind Recruitment are working on behalf of an Ofsted Rated Good Secondary School in the L17 area. We are seeking a welcoming, organised and professional Receptionist to join a high-performing, oversubscribed secondary school with a Sixth Form. This is a part-time, term-time only position starting in September 2025. The role will suit a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, who can be the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors, while supporting the wider administrative needs of the school.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (school experience desirable)
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
Professional telephone manner and ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
IT literacy, including MS Office and school systems (SIMS/Synergy desirable)
Commitment to safeguarding and the highest standards of professionalism
