Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Edinburgh
Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour – pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 3pm
Job type: Part Time Permanent - based on 25 hours per week
We are recruiting for experienced Part Time Corporate Receptionist to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh.
As the receptionist your duties will include:
Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures
Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately
Assist guest with their luggage
Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards
Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings
Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival
Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner
Book meeting rooms
Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment
Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying
Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties
Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms
