We’re looking for a friendly and professional Freelance Receptionist to join our team on a short-term, part-time basis.

⏰ Hours: 12:30 - 17:30 (16:30 on fridays)

About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our business—handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, professional manner
* Greet clients and visitors with warmth and efficiency
* Manage daily emails and appointment scheduling
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using standard office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
