JOB TITLE: Receptionist | Immediate start!
LOCATION: Canterbury
SALARY: £13ph
TERM: Temp to Perm
HOURS: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this well respected business in recruiting a Receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis. You will be based in light spacious offices close to Canterbury City Centre, within walking distance of local bus and train stations.
The key duties and requirements are:
Answering calls to the office
Covering reception, dealing with visitors face to face
Diary management, arranging appointments and sending reminders
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Other administration as requiredWe'd love to speak to candidates who:
Have Receptionist experience or have worked in a Customer facing role
Possess strong Administration skills
