Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm

We're working with a reputable and friendly organisation in the heart of Brighton that's looking for a full-time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. As the face of the company, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for all visitors and callers by ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person
Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
Maintain a tidy, organised, and presentable reception area
Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Support general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with appointment scheduling
Assist the Managing Director's PA with occasional tasks as required
Conduct regular tests of the building's alarm systems
Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to connect with people
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
Friendly, polished, and professional approach
