About the Role:
Prestige Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Recovery Coordinator to support individuals through their treatment and recovery journey. You'll work closely with service users to deliver assessments, coordinate care plans, and promote long-term recovery and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload and provide personalised support
Complete assessments, recovery plans, and regular reviews
Support access to treatment, harm reduction, and peer support
Promote health education and overdose prevention
Work with local agencies and community services
Maintain accurate case notes and service user records
Participate in rota cover, including evenings/weekends if needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or similar support roles
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management
Comfortable using IT systems for data recording
Flexible, compassionate, and resilient
