Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic driving team on a permanent basis. The successful recruiter will be required to support the recruitment process and ensure smooth operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate data entry and database updates
* Source candidates and manage job applications
* Conduct interviews and screen new candidates via telephone and face-to-face
* Complete full registration of candidates, including checking eligibility and Right to Work
* Support Recruitment Consultants with bookings and account management
* Perform daily spec and sales calls, and book and attend client meetings
* Call clients to check in workers and work out of hours on a rota basis
Key Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Proven experience in a similar driving recruitment role
