We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing internal talent team, focused on sourcing and hiring top clinical professionals across a defined region

What You’ll Be Doing:
Take ownership of recruitment for your region, delivering tailored strategies to meet hiring goals.
Use a variety of sourcing methods, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and headhunting—to attract top talent
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a personalised and professional experience at every stage
Partner with hiring managers to support interviews, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation’s values and career opportunities
What We’re Looking For in a Recruiter:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site environment
Strong sourcing skills—you’re not reliant on job ads and know how to find hidden talent
A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
