Recruiter – HGV & Logistics Desk
Location: Shenfield, Essex
Salary: Negotiable DOE + Commission
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to take the lead on a specialist HGV and logistics desk. You’ll step into a warm desk with live vacancies.
The desk has long-term client relationships, but needs someone who can deliver consistently, handle candidate flow, and maintain compliance in a fast-paced temp environment.
You must have:

Experience running a logistics or HGV driver desk

Proven billing history and ability to build repeat business

Understanding of driver compliance and shift patterns
*
Confident managing high-volume bookings
*
Strong communication and organisation skills
