WE’RE HIRING – HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
As 2020 Recruitment continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a driven and ambitious individual to lead our Construction Division right here in our Glenrothes office. This is a permanent role with serious potential; you’ll have the freedom to build and shape your own desk with full support from management.
We’re ideally after someone with a recruitment background, especially in the temp/contract world, who understands the hustle, the compliance, and the chaos. But if you come from another industry and can prove you’ve got the sales skills and resilience we need, we’re open-minded.
Here’s what we DO need from you:

A driving licence and your own wheels – you'll be out meeting clients regularly

A confident phone manner – cold calling and sales are the lifeblood of this role

The ability to work to tight deadlines – our clients move fast, and so do we

Thick skin and staying power – recruitment isn’t easy, but it is rewarding
