Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments effectively.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity using internal HR systems.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the retail industry.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.Profile
A successful Recruiter should have:
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within a similar industry or role.
