Competitive Salary & Uncapped Earnings: €34,000 basic for non-degree holders, €35,000 for Bachelor's degree holders, €37,000 for candidates with a degree and B2-level German proficiency. First-year OTE: €45-55k; second-year OTE: €70-80k; third-year OTE: €90-100k.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and become an expert in your specialist market:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Use business development techniques to win new clients and grow your market
Source, qualify, and present top-tier candidates to meet client demands
Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike
Collaborate with your team to share insights and achieve collective success
Focus on high-growth sectors like Industrial and Machinery AutomationWhat We're Looking For

Must live in or be relocating to Cologne (within a 40-minute commute of Apostel-Viertel)
