Recruiter/Personalberater - Munich

What we offer:
Base salary: €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (bachelor's degree), €37,000 (bachelor's + B2-level German)
Uncapped commission: Year 1 OTE: €45,000-€55,000, Year 2 OTE: €70,000-€80,000, Year 3 OTE: €90,000-€100,000
Training & development: Structured onboarding, classroom training, and 1-to-1 coaching

Your Role as a Recruiter:
Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, pitch recruitment solutions, and win new clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Candidate Acquisition: Source, engage, and qualify top-tier candidates using a variety of tools and techniques.
Sales Strategy Execution: Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and market intelligence.
Market Expansion: Drive growth in your niche market by understanding client needs and delivering tailored recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker (essential, our Munich office operates in English)
German language skills are a plus, but not essential
Must possess the right to work in Germany (g2 Recruitment are not able to provide VISA sponsorship for non-EU citizens)
Based in or relocating to Munich (within 40 minutes of Werksviertel)
Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset
Driven by goals, personal growth, and success
Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
