💼 The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of several established, warm industrial accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow and maximise client potential. You’ll be the main point of contact for these valued clients, handling everything from vacancy management to candidate placements and ongoing workforce planning.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow multiple existing industrial accounts

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Coordinate temporary workforce needs efficiently and effectively
*
Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong communication
*
Support candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding processes
