About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Recruitment Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol.
This is a hands-on role that blends client relationship management, candidate sourcing, compliance, and operational support. You’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our clients while supporting the success of our local team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client Visits:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits. Understand client requirements, gather feedback, and ensure service excellence.
* Resourcing:
Attract, screen, and place high-quality candidates across various roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
* Compliance:
Ensure all candidate documentation meets legal and company standards. Stay up to date with employment legislation and company policies to maintain full compliance.
* Supporting the Bristol Team:
Collaborate closely with the wider Bristol team, sharing best practices, supporting workloads, and contributing to a positive office culture.
* On-Call Duties:
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota to provide support and cover urgent client or candidate queries.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence (for client visits).
* Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach.
