About Us
Romax Recruitment is growing, and our Facilities Management Division is expanding rapidly. We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Shenfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience (or strong transferable skills) who wants to develop their career in the fast-paced and ever-growing Facilities Management sector — covering roles such as maintenance, engineering, cleaning, security, and support services.
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:
* Provide administrative and resourcing support to consultants and account managers.
* Source, screen, and manage candidates for Facilities Management positions.
* Write and post compelling job adverts across job boards.
* Search CV databases and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
* Carry out compliance checks (Right to Work, references, documentation).
* Support onboarding processes for new starters.
* Track market trends and pay rates within the Facilities Management industry.
* Assist with reporting and general recruitment administration.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous recruitment, resourcing, or administration experience (Facilities Management, Driving, or Industrial preferred but not essential).
* Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines.
* Knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and job boards.
* A motivated, professional, and proactive approach.
