The Role

As the Recruitment Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading an established team of four consultants, creating consistency, improving processes and driving branch performance.
Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters
Introduce structure, accountability and best practice
Manage and grow a successful education recruitment branch
Develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Support recruitment across Primary, Secondary and SEND education
Work closely with the dedicated compliance team, allowing you to focus on managing people and growing the branch
Play a key role in the branch's future growth as it develops within the Birmingham market

About You
To be successful as a Recruitment Branch Manager, you'll be an experienced recruitment professional with the confidence to lead from the front. 

Previous agency recruitment experience
Education recruitment experience would be an advantage, although recruiters from other sectors will also be considered
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Comfortable managing performance and implementing effective processes
Commercially minded with strong business development and relationship-building skills
A resilient personality who enjoys making a positive impact
