Tradewind Recruitment St Albans is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. Within a year, you will transition to sales and run your own desk. We are looking for people with natural sales accumen who want to build a career with Tradewind. About the Role As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing, screening, and placing top-quality teachers and support staff into schools across the home counties and the surrounding areas. You'll work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Attract and register education professionals through job adverts, social media, and referrals Conduct interviews and complete compliance checks to ensure safeguarding standards are met Build strong relationships with candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process Assist consultants with matching candidates to school vacancies and managing bookings Contribute to team targets and help drive the success of the St Albans branch What We're Looking For A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, or education is beneficial but not essential - full training provided Why Join Tradewind Comprehensive training and career development Above market salary Friendly, supportive team culture with regular incentives and social events Genuine opportunities for career progression within a respected national brand 35 days AL Location: St Albans (City Centre) Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: £28,000 + If you're ambitious, motivated, and ready to start a rewarding career in recruitment, apply today or contact the St Albans team to find out more
