We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to build your desk within the thriving Engineering, Property, and Facilities Management sectors, backed by a supportive, high-performing team.

The Role

This is a true 360 position where you’ll take full ownership of your desk and have the autonomy to make it your own. You’ll be:

  * Driving business development and building lasting client relationships

  * Managing and growing key accounts

  * Sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates

  * Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement

  * Consistently hitting — and exceeding — your billing targets

About You

You’re not just experienced — you’re hungry for more:

  * Minimum 12 months’ experience in a 360 recruitment role

  * A proven track record of billing success

  * Confident in winning new business and developing clients

  * Target-driven, resilient, and commercially minded

  * Motivated to progress and maximise your earnings
