Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Finding and securing top talent. Account Management – Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business. Post-Placement Care – Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire. Marketing & Brand Growth – Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility. What We're Looking For A Proven Recruiter– You know how to successfully run a desk. Business Development & Sales Savvy– Comfortable bringing in new clients. Account Management Expertise– Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships. Candidate Resourcing Excellence– You find top-tier professionals where others can't. Confidence at Senior Level– You'll work closely with MDs, CFOs, and finance leaders. White-Collar Recruitment Experience– Finance knowledge is a huge plus!
