Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

  * Space, Advanced Engineering & Emerging Technology

  * Manchester City Centre

  * £30,000 - £50,000 base DOE + Uncapped Commission

  * Hybrid – 2-3 days a week on-site and the rest working remotely

Are you an experienced recruiter looking to work across some of the most exciting and rapidly developing technology and engineering markets in the world?

We're recruiting four 360 Recruitment Consultants to join a growing specialist team in central Manchester, working across the US and European markets.

You'll recruit within sectors shaping the future, including satellite and space technology, AI, robotics, automation, CNC, advanced engineering and Industry 4.0.

The opportunity

This is a full 360 role where you'll take ownership of a specialist market, developing relationships with businesses across the US and Europe while building a strong network of clients and candidates.

Depending on your experience, your market could include:

  * Space and satellite technology

  * Advanced Engineering

  * CNC and precision manufacturing

  * Robotics and automation

  * Artificial Intelligence

  * Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing

You'll have the autonomy to develop your desk, win new business and manage the complete recruitment process from initial client engagement through to successful placement.

You'll also benefit from being part of a wider STEM recruitment group where collaboration is actively encouraged. Teams share market knowledge, relationships and opportunities across specialist areas, creating opportunities beyond your individual desk.

What we're looking for

We're interested in recruiters with experience within Space, Advanced Engineering or related technical markets, as well as experienced recruiters with strong exposure to the US recruitment market.

Your background can be either permanent or contract recruitment.

What you’ll bring:

  * Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential as you will need experience of growing your own client base

  * Strong business development and relationship-building skills

  * A successful track record of recruitment delivery

  * A commercial, entrepreneurial approach

  * The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of your market
