What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a warm desk with existing client relationships
* Sourcing and placing trades & labour operatives nationwide
* Developing new business opportunities with construction companies
* Working closely with our resourcing team to fill vacancies efficiently
* Providing outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction sector
* Strong understanding of trades & labour roles and industry dynamics
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to hit the ground running
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
