The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Ignite, you will:
* Manage the full 360° recruitment process – from business development to candidate placement
* Build and maintain relationships with clients across the construction sector
* Source, interview, and place skilled trades and labour professionals
* Meet and exceed agreed sales and performance targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced: Minimum 1.5 - 2 years’ experience in recruitment (ideally construction or trades)
* Driven: Motivated by targets and financial success
* Personable: Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Organised: Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Team-Oriented: Enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment
What We Offer
* Competitive basic salary (DOE)
* Uncapped commission structure – the more you bill, the more you earn. STARTING FROM 11.5% (No threshold) to 30% on the highest tier from DAY ONE!!
