Atrium Associates Ltd is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Construction Division based in our Norwich office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, a passion for people, and a hunger to succeed in a flourishing industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in the construction sector
* Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Hitting and exceeding targets with the support of a collaborative and experienced team
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in recruitment (construction sector experience is a bonus, but not essential)
* A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
