Are you a 360 recruiter in the construction sector, looking for a fresh challenge with stronger earning potential, hands-on support, and a brand that opens doors?
This is your chance to join a well-established recruitment agency with a strong reputation across the UK. They're expanding their Maidstone office and are looking for Construction Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior, or Principal level to join the team.
You'll inherit a warm desk with existing clients and national supply agreements, working temp or perm - across blue-collar trades or white-collar professional roles - whichever best suits your strengths.
The role:
Full 360 recruitment role with a focus on business development, client management, and candidate delivery
Warm leads and active clients to get you billing from day one
Autonomy to grow your desk in a supportive, high-performing team
What's in it for you:
Base salary depending on experience:
Consultant: £28-£31k
Senior Consultant: £32-£36k
Principal Consultant: £42-£45k
OTE: At least double your basic, with uncapped earning potential

What we're looking for:
Minimum 6 months' 360 construction recruitment experience, including business development
