Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry? We're working with a leading specialist agency that focuses solely on the supply of drivers, and they are looking to grow their team in Stevenage.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a 360 recruitment desk supplying drivers (HGV, van, etc.)
*
Maintain and develop client relationships across the transport sector
*
Source and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent roles
*
Handle compliance, availability checks, and shift coordination
*
Build a strong candidate pipeline in the local area
Requirements:
*
Previous recruitment experience is essential (transport/logistics sector preferred)
*
Strong knowledge of Stevenage and surrounding areas
*
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*
Proactive, target-driven and highly organised
*
Some evening and weekend on call duties a re a requirement of the role
