Recruitment Consultant – EdTech Sales Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office) Salary: £28-34k + uncapped commission About FIND We are a high-performance, sales-focused Staffing business that prides itself on delivering an exceptional service & results for clients and candidates. We’ve grown from a team of 3 to 14 since launching 3.5 years ago, and we have big growth plans ahead. We’ve already established strong relationships in the EdTech space – now we’re doubling down. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we're hiring a Recruitment Consultant to own the Sales & Account Management desk within the rapidly growing EdTech market for us. The Role You’ll take charge of recruitment for all Sales & Account Management roles within our growing EdTech client base. You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients, whilst also selling our staffing products & solutions to EdTech businesses that we’re not already speaking to This role is perfect for a Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first, sales-led environment. Responsibilities: * Partner with existing EdTech clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver top-tier sales talent * Win and develop new business within the EdTech space using a mix of outreach channels (we have an incredible sales tech stack!) * Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to closing offers * Build deep candidate networks within Sales and Account Management across the EdTech sector * Deliver a 5-star experience to clients and candidates alike – always * Stay close to EdTech market trends and continuously share insights with clients About You We’re looking for someone who brings ambition, energy & emotional intelligence to the table. You’ll be driven by outcomes, love connecting with people & thrive in a high-performance culture.
