Recruitment Consultant – Education
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham

You’ll be joining a well-established brand with more than three decades of history supporting schools across the West Midlands. What You’ll Be Doing
Owning and developing your desk across Primary, Secondary, or SEND
Building strong, long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals
Recruiting and placing teachers, support staff, and specialists into both temporary and permanent roles
Growing your network, generating new business, and managing your candidate pipeline
Representing our values through transparent communication, integrity, and genuine care for the communities we serve
What We’re Looking For
Previous recruitment experience (education, healthcare, industrial or commercial backgrounds welcome)
Someone who enjoys developing business and nurturing relationships
Confident communication and the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach to building a successful desk
A positive, people-focused mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference
