Thrive School Solutions is a growing education consultancy and recruitment agency based in Nottingham, supporting schools across the East Midlands. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us provide exceptional staffing solutions to schools.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Thrive, you will build strong partnerships with schools, attract and manage a pool of high-quality education professionals, and deliver a fast, reliable and ethical recruitment service.

You will:

  * 

    Manage the full 360 recruitment process for education roles

  * 

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools across the region

  * 

    Source, register and interview teachers, support staff and education specialists

  * 

    Fill daily supply, long-term and permanent vacancies

  * 

    Meet weekly and monthly targets with support from our leadership team

  * 

    Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Thrive’s values

  * 

    Contribute to a positive, professional and energetic team culture

Experience in education or previous recruitment experience is ideal but not essential — we’re open to candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
