ENGLISH-SPEAKING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - COLOGNE
We are excited to announce the launch of our new office in Cologne and are seeking ambitious, English-speaking professionals to join us as we expand our presence in the DACH region.

What We Offer
Competitive Base Salary - €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor's degree), €37,000 (Bachelor's + B2-level German)
Uncapped Commission Structure - Year 1 OTE: €45,000-€55,000, Year 2 OTE: €70,000-€80,000, Year 3 OTE: €90,000-€100,000
Structured Training Programme - 10-week in-house training combining classroom learning and one-on-one coaching

Collaborative Culture - Regular team events, monthly socials, and individual performance incentivesYour Role as a Recruitment Consultant
You will manage the full recruitment life cycle and develop deep expertise in your specialist market:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and engage top-tier candidates
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs
Drive business development and market growth
Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goalsWhat We're Looking For
Goal-oriented individuals with a strong interest in sales
Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
Based in or relocating to Cologne (within 40 minutes of Apostel-Viertel)
Right to work in Germany (we are unable to sponsor visas for non-EU citizens)
