RG Setsquare is hiring and continuing to grow their Bristol team:
As a 360 Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle - from developing client relationships and winning new business, to sourcing and placing top FM & Maintenance professionals. You'll have the freedom to build and grow your own desk, with support from a team that values collaboration, integrity, and success.
💼 What You will Need:
Proven experience in 360 recruitment (FM & Maintenance sector experience ideal but not essential)
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset
Excellent relationship-building abilities - with both clients and candidates
Confidence, resilience, and a passion for what you do
Location: Bristol office - with flexibility to work hybrid depending on experience
