Are you a self-sufficient, results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity? RG Setsquare is expanding our team in Sussex and are on the lookout for a proven recruiter with experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance recruitment to hit the ground running.
Location: Haywards Heath/Brighton/Eastbourne - Open to hybrid and flexible on location
Start Date: Immediate
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Competitive base salary + commission structure
🔎 Who we're looking for:
We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You'll be confident managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
Must-have experience:
Proven 360 recruitment background (minimum 1 year)
Strong knowledge of the FM / Maintenance sector
Ability to build and manage your own desk
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
What you'll be doing:
Developing and nurturing client relationships within the FM/Maintenance space
Sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Meeting and exceeding individual billing targets
Working closely with our wider team while running your own desk
