A brand-new recruitment agency in Burton-on-Trent is looking for its first Social Care Recruitment Consultant to help lay the foundations. You’ll be joining at the very start of their journey – shaping the culture, building your desk your way, and playing a genuine part in what the agency becomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and managing a 360 Social Care desk
* Working closely with the founder to shape systems, processes, and the way recruitment should be done
* Speaking daily with candidates and clients across the care sector – homes, services, and supported living
* Helping define the brand and reputation from the ground up
What You’ll Need
* Experience in Social Care recruitment (or Healthcare)
* Confidence to work autonomously – this isn’t micromanaged
* Energy, drive, and a builder’s mindset – this is ground floor
* The ability to spot opportunities and run with them
