Resourcer – Recruitment Agency
Location: Staffordshire Salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE + bonus potential Type: Full-time, permanent
Are you a confident, experienced Resourcer ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced recruitment environment? We’re looking for someone who knows how to source top talent, build relationships, and support consultants with precision and flair.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple platforms
*
Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews
*
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
*
Supporting consultants with shortlisting and market mapping
*
Using ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate flow
What You MUST Bring
*
Proven experience in resourcing within a recruitment agency
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
*
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
*
Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
