Location: Chadderton, Oldham
Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 DOE, OTE £43,000 - £52,000 Y1, 60k+ Y2
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 4.00pm finishes on Fridays

Recruitment Consultant Role
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing and pre‑screening candidates.
Arrange interviews with hiring managers and support candidates through the offer and onboarding stages across multiple sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with long standing and new clients, external agencies, and job boards to identify skills gaps and fill vacancies cost-effectively and efficiently.
Proactively promote employer brand through sourcing initiatives, social media, and referral schemes.
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs
Negotiate offers and close placements
Recruitment Consultant Requirements
At least 1 year recruitment experience OR transferable skills
Experience in automotive, sales, or technical recruitment is preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
