Recruitment Consultant - Critical Infrastructure Sectors
Southampton, SO32
£25,000 - £30,000/annum + uncapped commission
Realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) for your first year £40,000 - £60,000/annum
We're Highfield, a global recruitment agency specialising in critical infrastructure; our sectors are Water, Nuclear, Highways, and Data Centres.

We're growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us in a supportive environment where hard work and results are recognised.
What you'll be doing:
Taking ownership of a warm desk within one of our four critical infrastructure sectors, building on existing client relationships while developing new ones
Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development and job qualification to offer management and placement
Partnering with decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions, not just fill jobs
Expanding your personal brand and client portfolio, becoming the go-to recruiter in your niche
Driving performance against clear targets and earning uncapped commission on every successful placement
