Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to work for a boutique agency, who offer a fabulous list of benefits including hybrid working, and every other Friday off when you hit target?!

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:-
Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
Build client relationships and account manage clients.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
Recruit and sustain a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
To the successful Recruitment Consultant, we offer:-
Basic salary of up to £40k
Hybrid working
9 day fortnight
Healthcare
Up to 20% comms
25 days annual leave
Free parking
