Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 base + uncapped commission

Your Role:
Interview and place teachers & support staff across Merseyside
Build trusted relationships with schools and candidates
Write compelling CVs and market candidates to clients
Achieve clear KPIs while earning commission from day one
Work in a lively city-centre office with an experienced team
We're Looking For:
Confident communicators with a competitive edge
Graduates with strong work ethic and resilience
Individuals who enjoy a target-driven, people-based role
Must hold a UK driving licence or have a test booked
Previous customer-facing or sales experience is desirable
