The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — building relationships with clients, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for everyone involved.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job brief to placement.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
* Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent.
* Negotiate rates, terms, and offers between clients and candidates.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM system.
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales (preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Target-driven and motivated by success.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
