Our Further Education division is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our experienced team as we look to grow and develop our business further.
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Further Education division, you will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing candidates across colleges, sixth forms,and training providers. You’ll build new and strong relationships with clients and candidatesensuring a seamless recruitment experience that supports the delivery of high quality education.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with FE colleges, sixth forms and training providers
* Source and screen candidates for roles including lecturers, assessors, support staff, and leadership positions
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising, interviewing, compliance, placement, and aftercare
* Meet and exceed KPIs related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records using our CRM.
* Attend client meetings, job fairs, and networking events to grow your own portfolio
* Stay updated with sector trends, funding changes, and curriculum developments
Person Specification
* Proven experience in recruitment (education sector not essential)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven with a proactive and resilient attitude
* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively
