Recruitment Consultant â€" Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing top talent while building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, commercially focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through social media, job boards, referrals, and professional events
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and all associated documentation
Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
Maintain accurate and detailed records within the applicant tracking system
Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices
Develop and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal and networking abilities
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
