Trainee Recruitment Consultant – High Earnings, Fast Progression

£29,000 – £34,000 + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining our Construction Professionals team, recruiting across both temporary and permanent roles.

This means working on high-level positions such as:

  * Site Managers

  * Quantity Surveyors

  * Project Managers and other senior construction professionals

You’ll be dealing with established clients, live projects, and roles that genuinely shape major construction developments.
