SALARY: up to £35,000 basic salary + generous commission structure

As part of our continued growth, I’m looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering & Operations division, where you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, delivering results, and driving business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  * Hitting personal sales targets while developing a strong network and talent pool within Engineering & Operations.

  * Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist area.

  * Managing the full recruitment process – from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.

  * Delivering best-in-class customer service to ensure repeat business.

  * Regularly marketing candidates and services to prospective clients.

  * Maintaining accurate records on our CRM and tracking KPI performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  * Experience working with people – recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential.

  * Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  * A proactive, ambitious, and resilient attitude.

  * Strong customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

  * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
