About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is flexible by design and can be shaped around your strengths.

You’ll be trusted to operate with autonomy, backed by strong leadership, delivery support, and a commission structure that genuinely rewards performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (Role-Dependent)

Depending on your experience and preference, your responsibilities may include:

Resourcing

  * Working closely with the team to fill jobs

  * Managing and developing client relationships

  * Full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement

  * Building a strong candidate network within your sector

  * Posting adds and completing regular administrative tasks

  * Using our internal system to source candidates and input data

  * Visiting clients on site and building relationships with them over the phone and email

  * Proven experience in recruitment (any sector considered)

  * Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment

  * Confidence in speaking to candidates

  * Commercial mindset and self-motivation

  * Ability to work independently without micromanagement
