We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultants & Sales Professionals

We’re seeking driven, career-focused Recruitment Consultants and Sales professionals to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1–3 years’ experience for our UK & USA Sales division

You’ll work with market-leading manufacturers, contractors and specialist distributors on a blend of contingent and retained assignments. Roles range from Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and Sales Engineers through to Sales Directors and Heads of Sales.

  * Fees typically range from 15–25%

  * Salaries usually range from £50,000 to £150,000+

Key Responsibilities

  * Build and maintain a targeted, engaged candidate network, becoming a recognised expert in the HVAC & OEM Sales market

  * Develop new client relationships within a defined target list and establish yourself as their trusted recruitment partner

  * Manage and grow existing accounts, supporting key commercial hires across the sector
