Recruitment Consultant – Swan Valley, Northampton

£30,000pa DOE plus commission

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday between 0830 and 1730

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in temporary driving recruitment while working alongside an experienced team to expand our existing customer base.

It would also suit someone from a transport background who is looking for a new challenge and the ability to earn an uncapped wage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  * Servicing existing clients

  * Management of driving workforce

  * Fill temporary and permanent vacancies

  * Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates

  * Recruiting Drivers

**Skills Required:**

  * Strong written and verbal communication skills

  * Ability to negotiate and problem-solve

  * A valid driving license

  * Good knowledge of WTD (Working Time Directive) and EU driving hours laws

  * Ability to manage and complete multiple projects to the deadlines set in a fast-paced environment
