Recruitment Consultant – Secondary Education
Location: Stafford (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)

Revolve Collective is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take an active role in developing our Secondary Education desk across Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who’s confident managing their own desk, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue—while still having the support and progression opportunities of a growing start-up.

Key responsibilities:

  * Managing and developing a Secondary Education desk across Birmingham

  * Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals

  * Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality teaching staff

  * Driving business development and winning new clients

  * Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement

  * Delivering a consultative, high-quality service to both clients and candidates

What we’re looking for:

  * Previous recruitment experience (education sector desirable)

  * Proven ability to manage clients and candidates effectively
