Siamo have collaborated with a premium recruitment agency who specialise within the accounts and finance industry within Cirencester who are looking for a motivated, hungry Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage the candidate generation process and work alongside the talented senior consultants to make successful placements for large corporations.

Uncapped commission structure with first year OTE’s of £6,000 - £8,000 on top of base salary

The Recruitment Consultant role will have the following responsibilities:

Collating a talent pool of suitable candidates within the Finance and Accountancy industry for live vacancies
Making outbound calls, emails and texts to candidates with the use of social media to promote the perfect vacancy
Working alongside the experienced team to make successful placements
Research into the market to identify any new potential vacancies that are available to target new clients
Meeting the clients’ expectations regarding candidate specifications 
The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Consultant role will have following skillset:

A background within the sales industry is highly advantageous
Willingness to learn and progress throughout your career
Naturally KPI driven and hungry to develop skills in a sales environment
Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but not essential
An effective, confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
