Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £24,000 – £32,000 basic + uncapped commission

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your success is directly reflected in your earnings and progression.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment), from client acquisition to candidate placement

  * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

  * Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

  * Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms

  * Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process

  * Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment (preferred but not essential)

  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  * Resilience, ambition, and a proactive mindset

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
